When we first developed our maiden project Intan Millennium Square (IMS) at the turn of the millennium, we focused on rendering commercial facilities specifically to maritime companies in view of its prime locality and its proximity to Port Klang, Malaysia's largest gateway seaport.



Today it has the largest concentration of international shipping and logistics companies located in one single complex in the country. Hence it is appropriately branded as International Maritime Square using the same abbreviation IMS.
